What you will do
This is a 6-month contract opportunity to cover maternity leave in our Paris office, spanning Finance, Office Management, HR, and Operations. This role will provide crucial support during this period of transition.
- Handle monthly payrolls through Payfit, Remote and our Israel payroll partner
- Lead initiatives to make our office a better place to work
- Maintain employee database and employee lifecycle documentation
- Monthly Expense reconciliation and processing
- Financial / Accounting Data cleaning
- Organize events across remote and office teams
- Assist with product marketing and employee branding on LinkedIn/Website
- Special project coordination requiring follow-up and meeting of deadlines
- Responsible for all administrative Finance / HR / Office operations
